【Abstract】 The internalization of teachers’ morality is the core in the construction of teachers’ morality. The sense of responsibility is conducive to enhance the consciousness of internalization of teachers’ morality. The responsibility is conducive to enhance the driving force of internalization of teachers’ morality. The responsibility cultivation can strengthen self-supervision and evaluation of teachers’ morality internalization. We must take effective strategies to promote the realization of responsibility, such as strengthening teachers’ morality education,promoting teachers’ professional happiness, building the atmosphere of respecting teachers and education in the whole society, and perfecting the evaluation and supervision system of teachers’ morality.更多还原
