【Abstract】 With the increase of the incidence of breast cancer in women,more and more researchers are devoted to the research of targeted therapy after studying its pathogenesis.Due to its characteristics of good pertinence and small side effects,targeted therapy has become a hot field in clinical treatment of breast cancer.In this paper,we mainly reviewed the role of cdk4/6 in cell cycle regulation and the mechanism of cdk4/6 inhibitors in the treatment of breast cancer,and mainly introduced the development and research status of three cdk4/6 inhibitors,Ribociclib,Palbociclib and Abemaciclib.更多还原
