【Abstract】 Spent grains and waste water are the main waste in Baijiu(liquor)industry and they have great pollution potentials. The resource utilization of brewing waste not only can reduce the pressure on the environment,but also can bring economic benefits to society and enterprises. This paper focused on the technical approaches and effects of the recycling of brewing waste,discussed the utilization of brewing wastewater and its treatment methods,which provided useful reference for improving the cycling economy of Baijiu industry.更多还原
