【摘要】 目的探讨针对老年晚期贲门癌采用左动脉化疗栓塞治疗的近期疗效及生存率。方法 2012年4月至2013年4月期间,选择本院收治的老年晚期贲门癌患者329例作为研究资料,均行左动脉化疗栓塞治疗,评价近期疗效及并发症,并随访3年观察5年生存率。结果经治疗后329例患者症状均得到改善,近期治疗有效率为42.55%;发生溃疡出血57例,黏膜损伤26例,恶心呕吐104例,白细胞计数降低32例,肝功能损伤29例,肾功能损伤33例。6个月生存率为84.50%,1年生存率为61.40%,3年生存率为42.25%,5年生存率为15.81%。结论左动脉化疗栓塞治疗老年晚期贲门癌可获得良好的近期疗效,且不会引起严重并发症,延长患者生存时间,具有一定的治疗价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and survival rate of left artery chemoembolization for advanced cardiac cancer in the elderly.Methods 329 elderly patients with advanced cardiac cancer in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected as the research data.all patients were treated with left artery chemoembolization.the short-term efficacy and complications were evaluated.the 5-year survival rate was observed after 3 years follow-up.Results After treatment,the symptoms of 329 patients were improved and the short-term effective rate was 42.55%.there were 57 cases of ulcer bleeding,26 cases of mucosal injury,104 cases of nausea and vomiting,32 cases of leukocyte count reduction,29 cases of liver function injury and 33 cases of renal function injury.the 6-month survival rate was 84.50%,the 1-year survival rate was 61.40%,the 3-year survival rate was 42.25%,and the 5-year survival rate was 15.81%.Conclusion Left artery chemoembolization in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced cardiac cancer can obtain good short-term efficacy,and will not cause serious complications,prolong the survival time of patients,has a certain therapeutic value.更多还原
