广西籍老年人非变态反应性食物过敏反应与高血压之间的关系研究

【摘要】 目的通过检测广西籍老年人血清中食物特异性IgG抗体,观察研究广西籍老年人非变态反应性食物过敏反应与高血压之间的关系。从预防角度出发,通过科学的方法为患者提供精准的饮食指导依据。方法收集广西壮族自治区江滨心血管内科住院的高血压并且具有相似饮食习惯的广西籍老年患者200例,同时收集无器质性病变、无急慢性代谢病、只因外伤住院康复并具有相似饮食习惯的广西籍老年人200例做对照组。比较分析这两组研究对象中食物特异性IgG抗体情况。结果高血压组和对照组血清中14种食物的特异性IgG抗体检测阳性情况比较可见,高血压组鸡蛋抗体阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034),其余13种食物未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。高血压组中,女性患者蘑菇抗体阳性率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033),其余13种食物未见统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组中男性和女性血清中14种食物的特异性IgG抗体检测阳性率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。高血压组和对照组中14种食物的特异性IgG抗体总阳性反应率从高到低前五项分别为:蘑菇>鸡蛋>牛奶>玉米>西红柿,鸡蛋>蘑菇>牛奶>蟹>西红柿。结论广西老年人非变态反应性食物过敏反应与高血压之间无明显相关性,其中蘑菇、鸡蛋、牛奶阳性率最高。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and study the relationship between non-allergic food allergy and hypertension in elderly guangxi residents by detecting food-specific IgG antibody in their serum.From the perspective of prevention,it provides patients with accurate dietary guidance basis through scientific methods.Methods 200 elderly guangxi patients with hypertension who were hospitalized in jiangbin department of cardiovascular medicine in guangxi zhuang autonomous region and had similar eating habits were collected.At the same time,200 elderly guangxi patients who had no organic diseases,no acute or chronic metabolic diseases,and had similar eating habits because of hospitalization and rehabilitation due to trauma were collected as the control group.Food specific IgG antibody was compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Specific IgG antibody test of 14 kinds of food in the serum of the hypertension group and the control group showed that the positive rate of egg antibody in the hypertension group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034),while there was no statistical difference between the other 13 kinds of food(P>0.05).In the hypertension group,the positive rate of mushroom antibody in female patients was higher than that in male patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).There was no statistical difference in the other 13 kinds of food(P>0.05).In the control group,there was no statistical difference in the positive rate of specific IgG antibody detection of 14 kinds of food in the serum of men and women(P>0.05).The first five items were mushroom>egg>milk>corn>tomato and egg>mushroom>milk>crab>tomato.Conclusion There was no significant correlation between non-allergic food allergy and hypertension in the elderly in guangxi,among which the positive rates of mushrooms,eggs and milk were the highest.
