【摘要】 湿地城市作为一种新理念,是《湿地公约》为提高缔约方政府对湿地保护的重视程度而提出的一种新的湿地保护策略。以海口市创建国际湿地城市为例,从湿地资源、工作经验等方面深入分析,总结出"海口经验";并从强化湿地保护管理与智能化水平、加强科研监测与技术研发、加大对外宣传交流、创新湿地资源利用模式等角度提出建议和思路。在新时代生态文明建设背景下,可将"海口模式"推向全国,并在全国形成示范效应,对推动各级政府和社会各界强化湿地保护工作具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wetland City is a new concept. It was proposed by the Wetland Convention as a new wetland protection strategy to raise the attention to wetland protection of the governments of the parties. This paper takes Haikou city as an example of creating an International Wetland City to conduct an insight analysis of wetland resources and practices to summarize the Haikou experience. We also put forward suggestions and ideas from enhancing the management and intelligence level of wetland protection, strengthening research monitoring and technological development, increasing dissemination and exchanges and innovating wetland resource utilization models. Within the context of Ecological Civilization Construction in the new era, the "Haikou model" can be promoted nationwide as demonstration. It is of great significance for governments at all levels and the society to intensify the protection of wetlands.更多还原
