β-环糊精/环氧氯丙烷共聚物的合成及对双酚A的吸附研究
PREPARATION OF β-CYCLODEXTRIN/EPICHLOROHYDRIN COPOLYMER AND ITS ADSORPTION PROPERTIES FOR BISPHENOL A
【摘要】 以β-环糊精为单体,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,在碱性介质中合成了β-环糊精/环氧氯丙烷共聚物(β-CDP),并用于吸附水溶液中的双酚A。考察了吸附时间、投加量、浓度对吸附双酚A的影响,并结合红外光谱分析探讨了β-CDP对双酚A的吸附机理。结果表明,β-CDP对双酚A可快速吸附,10min吸附率即可达80%以上,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,可用Langmuir等温吸附模型描述,最大吸附量为114.8mg/g,β-CDP对双酚A的吸附具有热力学可行性及自发性,吸附过程放出热量。红外光谱分析结果表明,双酚A在β-CDP上的吸附是氢键作用、疏水作用以及空腔的包合作用等综合作用的结果。β-CDP再生性能较好,吸附-脱附再生循环6次,吸附性能并无明显降低。
【Abstract】 Cyclodextrin/epichlorohydrin copolymer(β-CDP) was prepared in alkaline medium using β-cyclodextrin as monomer and epichlorohydrin as crosslinker. Its adsorption properties for Bisphenol A(BPA) from water was evaluated. Tests were conducted with different adsorbate amount, contact time and initial concentration of BPA. And the adsorption mechanism of BPA on β-CDP was also discussed. Results showed that β-CDP had a rapid adsorption for BPA with adsorption rate of 80% in 10 min. The adsorption process followed Pseudo-second-order kinetics and Langmuir model with an adsorption capacity of 114.8 mg/g. The thermodynamic parameters ?G~0 and ?H~0 for BPA were negative, suggesting that the adsorption reaction was feasible,spontaneous and exothermic in nature, which was driven by the collaboration of hydrogen-bond interaction, hydrophobic interaction and inclusion of β-CD through the FT-IR spectra of β-CDP before and after adsorption of BPA. The regeneration performance of β-CDP was better in that adsorption performance was not obviously decreased after 6 times of adsorption-desorption cycles.
