【摘要】 在备战2020年东京奥运会的时代背景下,综合运用文献资料法、对比分析法等研究方法,对日本备战东京奥运会的举措进行研究。认为日本提升竞技实力的措施包括:设立专门备战管理机构,调整备战机制;颁布奥运支持政策,制定金牌强化计划;加大资金投入,助力奥运备战目标实现;制定竞技人才提升计划,挖掘潜力人才等。日本打造了针对性的训练、保障、服务"一体化"备战体系;完善了政府主导的目标"导向性"备战计划体系;构建了选材、培养、训练、保障"全面化"备战援助体系。提出坚持实施举国体制,充分调动国家和社会资源服务奥运备战;创新传统奥运备战模式,优化优秀竞技人才选拔机制;夯实传统优势项目,统筹发展各类运动项目;加强科技助力奥运工作,重视情报信息挖掘;以项目改革为基础,重视提升男女混合奥运项目水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research on Japan’s preparations for the Tokyo Olympics is conducted using the literature method. It is found that its preparation measures are: setting up specialized agencies,formulating relevant policies,formulating intensified policies,adjusting preparation mechanisms,increasing capital investment,helping to achieve goals,formulating talent plans,tapping potential talents,etc.,and comparing Japan’s preparation measures with China and Japan. At the same time,combined with China’s actual situation,the targeted strategies are: adhere to the national system,give play to the superiority of socialism; break the traditional model,optimize the talent selection mechanism; strengthen the scientific and technological assistance,attach importance to the mining of intelligence information; consolidate the traditional advantages of projects,new and short-board projects; based on project reform,emphasis on the development of mixed projects for men and women.更多还原
