斑马鱼在消化道肿瘤中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 明确消化道肿瘤发生的分子机制对消化道肿瘤的预防和治疗具有重要意义。斑马鱼是一种独特的活体脊椎动物模型,与人类基因高度保守,早期胚胎透明,有助于对发育过程的实时观测。斑马鱼器官及组织的癌变与人类极为相似,为肿瘤的发展、抗肿瘤药物的开发和筛选、最佳治疗方案的确定等提供了较好的肿瘤模型,如斑马鱼肝癌模型、结直肠模型、胰腺癌模型、胃癌模型等。本文主要总结了以斑马鱼建立的消化道肿瘤模型的应用进展。

【Abstract】 It is of great significance to understand the specific molecular mechanism of the gastrointestinal carcinoma for its prevention and treatment. Zebrafish, as a unique living vertebrate model, has highly conserved genes with human. Its transparent early embryo is conducive to the real-time observation of the developing process. Since the carcinogenesis of zebrafish organs and tissues is very similar to that of humans, zebrafish become a preferable cancer model for the in vivo research of gastrointestinal carcinomas development, the development and screening of anti-tumor drugs and the determination of the best treatment options. These zebrafish cancer models include hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer and gastric cancer. In this review summarized was the application progress of gastrointestinal carcinomas models by zebrafish.
