【摘要】 目的 探讨早期红藤汤灌肠对重症胰腺炎患者肠道功能恢复的价值。方法 收集重症胰腺炎50例,经早期应用红藤汤灌肠治疗患者25例为观察组,另25例未行早期红藤汤灌肠治疗为对照组,比较两组患者肛门排气改善时间、肠鸣音改善时间及护理满意度差别。结果观察组肛门排气改善时间、肠鸣音改善时间及护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 早期红藤汤灌肠对重症胰腺炎患者肠道功能保护作用,促进肠道功能恢复作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of early red vine soup on the intestinal function recovery in patient with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods There were 50 cases of severe pancreatitis in our hospital.Along them,25 cases were treated with early red vine soup enema,and the other25 cases were not treated with early red vine soup enema.The differences of anal exhaust improvement time,bowel sound improvement time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed.Results The anal exhaustion improvement time,bowel sound improvement time and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The early Hongteng soup enema is effective for the recovery of intestinal function in patients with severe pancreatitis.更多还原
