核糖核酸恒温扩增技术在儿童肺炎支原体感染诊断中的应用
【摘要】 目的 探讨核糖核酸恒温扩增法(SAT-RNA)在儿童肺炎支原体感染呼吸道疾病中的应用。方法 收集593例因呼吸道疾病入院治疗患儿的咽拭子,用核糖核酸恒温扩增法对患儿咽拭子进行检测,并进行统计分析。结果 在被检的593例咽拭子样本中,检出阳性标本共65例,总体肺炎支原体RNA阳性检出率为10.96%。从患儿疾病构成比看,阳性检出率最高的是肺炎,阳性率为13.37%(56/419),其次为支气管肺炎12.5%(2/16)、急性上呼吸道感染9.09%(4/44),急性扁桃体炎4.00%(1/25),支气管炎2.25%(2/89)。肺炎支原体感染好发于秋冬两季,分别为秋季13.16 (20/152),冬季17.22 (36/209);主要发病人群为学龄前儿童10.31 (20/194)和学龄儿童23.77(29/122)。短病程的患儿检出率17.33 (39/225)比长病程检出率7.07 (26/368)高。结论 肺炎支原体易导致儿童罹患呼吸道疾病,流行于秋冬季节,易感人群主要为学龄前儿童和学龄儿童;SAT-RNA技术在儿童呼吸道肺炎支原体感染中具有较好的早期诊断价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of RNA simultaneous amplification and testing(SAT) in childhood respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 593 patients with acute respiratory tract infection,who admitted to our hospital,were selected as the research subjects.Mycoplasma pneumonia was detected by the method of isothermal RNA amplification,then the statistical analysis was made.Results In 593 cases of children with respiratory tract infection,91 cases were positive,the positive rate was 10.96%.According to the composition of the child’s disease,the highest positive detection rate was pneumonia 13.37%(56/419),next were bronchopneumonia 12.5%(2/16),acute upper respiratory tract infection 9.09%(4/44),acute tonsillitis 4.00%(1/25),bronchitis 2.25%(2/89),respectively.The infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae occurred in autumn and winter,and highly happened in preschool and school-age children.The detection rate of short course was higher than that of long course.Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can cause respiratory diseases.It occurs in autumn and winter.The main infected population is preschoolers and school-age children.As a non-invasive assay SAT-RNA has high value in the early diagnosis of respiratory tract infections in children.
