健康教育联合心理干预对腔镜下胆管癌根治术患者的护理影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育联合心理干预对腔镜下胆管癌根治术患者护理效果的影响。方法 选取2016年4月至2018年4月腔镜下胆管癌手术患者68例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,采取健康教育联合心理干预模式,观察两组护理有效率、患者焦虑、抑郁心理变化情况。结果 观察组患者护理效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者焦虑、抑郁程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育联合心理干预对腔镜下胆管癌根治术患者护理效果较优,此干预方法取得显著效果,值得临床进一步应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of healthy education combined psychological intervention on the nursing efficacy of patients with radical surgery for endoscopic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods 68 patients with complete endoscopic cholangiocarcinoma treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly.In the control group,routine nursing was taken,and the observation group took the healthy education combined psychological intervention mode on the basis of the routine nursing group,and the nursing efficacy was observed,psychological changes of anxiety and depression of the two groups.Results The patient’s nursing efficacy of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the observation group had a significantly lower degree of anxiety and depression in patients than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education in combination with psychological intervention on completely the microscopic bile duct cancer radical surgery patients,which can effectively improve the nursing efficacy.This intervention method achieves remarkable effect,is worth further clinical application and promotion.更多还原
