高强度聚焦超声联合中药外敷治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)联合中药外敷治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年6月本院收治的子宫腺肌病患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用高强度聚焦超声治疗,观察组在高强度聚焦超声治疗后加用中药外敷。比较两组患者在治疗后3个月、6个月时子宫腺肌病病灶的缩小、痛经的缓解及经量减少的情况。结果 术后下腹痛的时间观察组0.5～5d,平均(2.0±0.94)d,对照组0.5～10d,平均(4.22±1.70)d,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后3个月的病灶厚度、VAS评分、经量评分分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后6个月的病灶厚度、VAS评分、经量评分分别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中药外敷能减少患者高强度聚焦超声治疗后下腹痛的时间,使病灶尽快吸收,疗效尽快体现,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect in patients with adenomyosis treated by high intensity focused ultrasound( HIFU)ablation combined with external applications of Chinese medicine. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 120 cases of adenomyosis patients were treated by HIFU in our hospital. These patients were randomized into study group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with HIFU alone. Patients in the study group were treated with HIFU combined with external applications of Chinese medicine. The improvements of clinical results were compared among the two groups. Results After HIFU. the duration of abdominal pain of the study group was 0.5-5 days, the average was(2.0 ± 0.94) days. While it in the control group was 0.5～10 days,the average was(4.22 ± 1.70) days. There was significant difference between the two groups( P<0.05). In 3 months after the treatment, the effect of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0.05).While in 6 months after the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups( P>0.05). Conclusion HIFU combined with external applications of Chinese medicine can improve the treatment effect in 3 months after the treatment and reduce the abdominal pain time.更多还原
