雌激素软膏联合电刺激与生物反馈治疗围绝经期性功能障碍的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨雌激素软膏联合电刺激与生物反馈治疗围绝经期女性性功能障碍的疗效。方法 2016年5月至2017年12月围绝经期性能障碍女性患者200例,充分知情后按患者意愿分为观察组与对照组,各100例,观察组行雌激素软膏外用联合电刺激与生物反馈治疗,对照组仅行电刺激与生物反馈治疗,3个月后观察两组盆底肌肉功能及性生活质量等相关指标改善情况。结果 治疗后观察组盆底肌力改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（X²=55.611, P<0.05）。治疗后观察组FIFS评分明显高于对照组,性功能障碍发生率小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X²_FIFS=4.751,X²_{性功能障碍}=3.988, P<0.05)。结论 雌激素软膏联合电刺激与生物反馈治疗围绝经期女性性功能障碍疗效明显,值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of perimenopausal sexual dysfunction. Methods From May 2016 to December 2017, 200 cases of perimenopausal sexual dysfunction diagnosed in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of TCM were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group（ 100 cases） and control group（100 cases）. The observation group were treated with estrogen external ointment combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation, the control group were treated with only pelvic floor rehabilitation. The treatment course was 3 months. The improvement of the relevant indexes of pelvic floor muscle function and sexual life quality were observed in the two groups. Results ①After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was significant（ X²=55.611, P<0.05）. ②After treatment, the FIFS score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the incidence of sexual dysfunction was less than the control group. The difference was significant(X_FIFS²=4.751,X_{sexual dysfunction}²=3.988, all P<0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with estrogen ointment is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal sexual dysfunction, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
