天然隐晶质石墨的微观结构及形貌特征
Study of the Microstructure and Morphology Features of Cryptocrystalline Graphite
【摘要】 本文采用SEM、AFM和TEM对天然隐晶质石墨(CG)的微观结构及形貌进行研究。结果表明,CG是由横向尺寸为100~300nm细小石墨片层无序堆叠而成的类球状颗粒,兼具片状和球状颗粒特点,并且颗粒边缘处可见类石墨烯的薄层结构。CG原矿中的硅酸盐或碳酸盐类杂质以絮状物的形式与石墨颗粒互相浸染,随着固定碳含量提高,絮状物明显减少。CG的自润滑性、导热性、低生热等特性表明其适合作为橡胶密封制品用功能填料应用。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the microstructure and morphology features of cryptocrystalline graphite(CG)by SEM, AFM and TEM.The result shows CG is a kind of ball-like particles formed by disorderly stacking of small graphite flakes with the transverse dimension of 100-300 nm. It has the characteristics of both flake and spherical particles, and the graphene-like thin layer structure can be seen at the edge of CG particles.Silicate or carbonate impurities in CG ore occur in the form of floccules.Impurities and graphite particles exist in mutual impregnation form. With the increasing of fixed carbon content, floccules decrease significantly. The properties of CG, such as self-lubricating,good thermal conductivity and low heat generation show that CG is suitable for the application as functional filler for rubber sealing products.
