【摘要】 采用室内水培法,考察苦参碱制剂对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,随着苦参碱制剂浓度的增加,玉米种子的发芽势、发芽率,以及幼苗根长、叶长、鲜质量、干质量、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量均出现先增大后减小的现象;70 mg/L苦参碱制剂处理的玉米种子及幼苗各项指标均为最高。苦参碱制剂对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长具有一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of matrine on maize seed germination and seedling growth are discussed using indoor hydroponic method. The results show that with the increase of matrine concentration, the germination potential,germination rate of maize seed, the root length, leaf length, dry weight, fresh weight, chlorophyll and solub le sugar content of maize seedling increase first and then decrease; The experimental data shows that all indicators of the maize seed treated with 70 mg/L matrine reach the maximum.
