烧结法制备脱氟磷酸钙研究

【摘要】 以磷矿粉配以一定量添加剂为原料,采用改进烧结脱氟工艺在高温下制备饲料级脱氟磷酸钙产品。通过实验确定制备脱氟磷酸钙的最佳工艺条件:添加剂为磷酸和碳铵,原料配比m(磷矿粉):m(磷酸):m(碳铵)=100∶55∶10,烧结温度为1 200℃,烧结时间为4 h。在最佳工艺下制备的脱氟磷酸钙产品达到了GB 22549—2017标准中I型饲料级磷酸氢钙产品的质量要求。

【Abstract】 Using phosphate rock powder mixed with a certain amount of additives as raw materials, the feed grade defluorinated calcium phosphate product is prepared by defluorinating with improved sintering process at high temperature. The optimum conditions for preparing defluorinated calcium phosphate are as follows: the additives are phosphoric acid and ammonium carbonate, the mass ratio of phosphate rock powder,phosphoric acid and ammonium carbonate is 100∶ 55∶ 10, the sintering temperature is 1 200 ℃, and the sintering time is 4 h. The defluorinated calcium phosphate prepared under the above conditions completely achieves the quality standard of feed grade dicalcium phosphate dibasic type I in GB 22549—2017.
