膨润土-砂混合型缓冲回填材料干缩特性

【摘要】 基于阿基米德原理,采用薄膜法测定了恒温条件下不同掺砂率的膨润土-砂混合物的收缩曲线,并对曲线使用MCG-B模型进行了拟合.结果表明,由于石英砂颗粒的骨架效应,当掺砂率≥40%,膨润土-砂混合物的收缩性能受到显著抑制. MCG-B模型的拟合结果显示,薄膜法测定的收缩曲线具有良好的可靠性.石英砂对膨润土砌块的养护有积极的作用,可以有效减小其收缩量和防止开裂现象.

【Abstract】 Based on the Archimedes principle, the thin film method was adopting to determine the shrinkage curve of bentonite-sand mixture with a different sand content under constant temperature conditions.And the curves determined were fitted using the MCG-B model. The test results showed that the shrinkage performance of the bentonite-sand mixture was significantly inhibited when the sand content reached40% or more, which phenomenon was caused by the response of mixtures soil-water characteristics to the skeleton effect of quartz sand particles. The results of fitting with MCG-B model showed that the shrinkage curves determined with the thin film method possessed good reliability. According to the test results,it could be found that quartz sand had a positive effect on the curing of bentonite blocks, which could reduce shrinkage and prevent cracking.
