西北地区城乡融合发展时空特征与影响因素研究

【摘要】 基于新中国70年城乡关系演化的实践,选取西北地区30个地级市数据,测度2000-2017年各区域的城乡融合发展水平,并在此基础上对西北地区城乡融合发展时空特征和影响因素进行研究。结果表明:西北地区的城乡融合发展水平在时序上表现出稳步提升且区域间差异不断扩大的特点;城乡融合的空间格局表现出中心极化和群体集聚特征;经济总量、生活水平、空间聚集、城乡往来、投资生产和社会保障六个维度均对城乡融合发展具有显著影响。因此,本文提出西北地区需要对城乡进行统一规划,促进要素的双向流动,并以城市群为依托,发挥中心城市的辐射带动效应,通过农业现代化和产业园区建设来支持小城市发展。在此基础上应积极融入国家新型城镇化和"一带一路"战略中,从而实现城乡融合发展。

【Abstract】 Based on the practice of urban-rural relationship evolution over the past 70 years, this research selects 30 prefecture-level cities in Northwest China to measure the development level of urban-rural integration in each region from 2000 to 2017, and further studies the spatial-temporal features and influencing factors of urban-rural integration development in this region. The findings show that the development features steady promotion and ever-widening regional differences in time sequence, as well as central polarization and colony gathering in space. In addition, economic aggregate, living standard, spatial agglomeration, urbanrural interaction, investment and production and social security are found to be significant factors affecting the development. Therefore, this research proposes that urban and rural areas in Northwest China require unified planning to promote two-way flow of factors, achieving radiation effect of central cities by relying on urban agglomerations, and supporting the development of small cities through agricultural modernization and construction of industrial parks. On this basis, this region shall actively integrate into the national new-type urbanization plan and the Belt and Road initiative to achieve urban-rural integration development.
