【摘要】 通过对山东省内部分中医院临方炮制开展近况、炮制品的应用现状进行调查,发现临床医师普遍存在炮制品使用不规范的现象,中医从业人员炮制知识的掌握情况堪忧。基于本调查,笔者从中药炮制在中医体系中的重要作用、中药炮制的学科和时代发展特点、以及部分院校在中医类增设临床中药炮制学的探索等方面着手,对中医临床类专业开设《中药炮制学》的必要性进行了探讨。认为中药专业炮制知识是中医学生必须掌握的学习内容,更是其成长为优秀人才的关键;从学校教育阶段开始加强中医从业人员对炮制知识的重视,有利于中医临床疗效的提高和用药优势的发挥,进而推动中医药事业的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 By investigating the current situation of Linfang processing and the application of processed products in some traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) hospitals of Shandong Province, it was found that there was a general phenomenon of non-standard use of processed products among clinicians, and the mastery of knowledge of processed products by practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine was unsatisfying. Based on this investigation, the author discussed the necessity of setting up "Processing of Traditional Chinese Medicine" in clinical major of TCM from the aspects of the important role of Chinese medicine processing in TCM system, the characteristics of the subject and the development of TCM processing, and the exploration of setting up majors related to clinical TCM processing in some domestic universities. It is believed that the knowledge of Chinese medicine processing is not only what Chinese medicine students must master, but also the key to their excellent. Making Chinese medicine practitioners pay attention to the knowledge of Chinese medicine processing from the stage of school education can benefit the improvement of the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and the full play of the advantages of Chinese medicine, thus promoting the comprehensive development of Chinese medicine.更多还原
