【摘要】 目的:对实验室参加卫生部临检中心采供血机构血液筛查室间质评的结果进行分析,以进一步加强实验室检测质量控制和管理。方法:对实验室2015—2017年参加的9次室间质评活动307项次评价结果进行统计分析,并与预期结果和反馈数据进行比较。结果:实验室2015—2017年参加的室间质评结果均为合格。与临检中心反馈数据的比较提示本实验室检测过程仍可能存在影响检测结果的潜在风险因素。结论:参加室间质评活动并对结果进行分析有助于发现实验室存在的潜在风险,提高实验室的检测能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the results of external quality assessment of blood screening which our laboratory took part to enhance the quality control and management in our laboratory. Method:A total of 307 items of quality evaluation results from 2015 to 2017 were analyzed,and all the results were compared with the prospective values and data which were fed back by clinical laboratory center. Result:All the results of quality evaluation from 2015 to 2017 were passed.Compared the results with the prospective values and data,it was indicated that there were potential risk factors which would influence the detection results.Conclusion:It is conducive to finding the potential risk factors and improving the detection level of laboratory by taking part in external quality assessment.更多还原
