【摘要】 目的:评估左西孟旦对于预防心功能低下患者冠状动脉旁路移植术后低心排综合征的作用。方法:纳入2015-2018年佛山市第一人民医院200例心功能低下患者,采用随机双盲安慰剂对照试验,全身麻醉诱导前分别使用左西孟旦(左西孟旦组)和安慰剂(安慰剂组),记录患者术后情况。结果:在血管活性药物使用时间、术后使用机械辅助装置、肾替代治疗时间等方面,左西孟旦组和安慰剂组间均没有统计学差异。结论:对于术前低左心室射血分数需要进行冠状动脉旁路移植术的患者,相比于安慰剂,是否使用左西孟旦在预防和治疗术后低心排综合征及改善心脏术后预后方面没有显著统计学差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of levosimendan on the prevention of low cardiac output syndrome in patients with cardiac dysfunction after coronary artery bypass grafting.Method:A total of 200 patients with cardiac insufficiency in the First People’s Hospital of Foshan from 2015 to 2018 were enrolled in a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial.Levosimendan(levosimendan geoup) and placebo(placebo group) were used before induction of general anesthesia.Tthe post-operative data of patients was record.Result:There was no significant difference in the usage time of vasoactive agent,mechanical assistant devices and renal replacement therapy between levosimendan group and placebo group.Conclusion:Compared with placebo,Levosimendan has no significant effect in the prevention and treatment of low cardiac output syndrome and postoperative prognosis improvement in patients with low left ventricular ejection fraction.更多还原
