ESD在治疗早期胃癌及癌前病变中的应用

【摘要】 目的探究分析ESD在治疗早期胃癌及癌前病变中的应用效果,探讨其可行性。方法选取本院自2015年7月至2017年12月收治的早期胃癌及癌前病变患者80例为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方式将80例早期胃癌及癌前病变患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组行传统外科手术治疗,实验组患者行内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗,比较分析两组胃癌及癌前病变患者的治疗效果,手术时间,术中出血量,住院时间,治疗期间的并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率与对照组比较,数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对于早期胃癌及癌前病变患者,采用内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗,也能取得很好的疗效,且无严重并发症,可减低手术风险,减少治疗费用,值得医院推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of ESD in the treatment of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods 80 patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the experimental group were treated by traditional surgical operation,endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).The incidence of complications.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was not statistically significant compared with that in the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion for patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,endoscopic submucosal dissection (esd) treatment can also achieve good results,and no serious complications,can reduce the risk of surgery,reduce the cost of treatment,worthy of hospital use.更多还原
