【摘要】 目的研究不同剂量辛伐他汀对高血脂患者的治疗效果和不良反应情况。方法选取2017年2月～2018年3月我院收治的高血脂患者80例作为研究对象,按所给剂量将其分为大剂量组50例(20 mg)和小剂量组30例(10 mg)。比较两组患者疗效及不良反应情况。结果大剂量组总有效率为96.00%,小剂量组为70.00%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x~2=10.69,P=0.00)。结论对高血脂患者而言给予较大剂量辛伐他汀治疗,可显著提升疗效,使相关血脂指标均有明显改善,此外两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明大剂量用兼具高疗效和高安全性,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of different doses of simvastatin in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 80 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were divided into high dose group (20 mg,50 cases) and low dose group (10 mg,30 cases).The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,and that of the control group was70.00%.The study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(x~2=10.69,P=0.00).Conclusion For patients with hyperlipidemia,simvastatin treatment with large doses can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the related lipid indicators.In addition,the adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved.There was no significant difference in the birth rate,which indicated that large dosage had both high efficacy and safety,and it was worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
