【摘要】 目的分析并探讨运用综合护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床干预效果观察。方法随机选取2018年1月～2019年6月期间入住我院的系统性红斑狼疮患者共100例,分为实验组和对照组各50人。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组在常规护理的基础上采用综合护理干预。结果得出实验组在各项生存质量方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者进行干预能够有效的提升患者生存质量,具有推广意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinical intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was analyzed and discussed.Methods A total of 100 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected,divided into 50 in the experimental group and 50 in the control group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional nursing.Results It was concluded that the experimental group was superior to the control group in the quality of life,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of comprehensive nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and is of great significance.更多还原
