【摘要】 目的探究"阳化气,阴成形"在类风湿性关节炎中的治疗效果。方法选取从2018年1月～2019年3月期间在吉林省吉林中西医结合医院就诊的符合纳入标准的80例类风湿性关节炎患者预予以中医"阳化气,阴成形"治疗方案,深入分析类风湿关节炎的中医病因病机。结果 "阳化气,阴成形"治疗类风湿关节炎具有为良好的临床表现效果,治疗有效率较高。结论通过"阳化气,阴成形"治疗方式能够有效改善患者临床症状,缓解关节肿胀现象,提升其个人生活能力,值得进一步推广研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of "Yang Huaqi,Yin Shaping" in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who met the inclusion criteria in Jilin Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected and given the treatment plan of "Yang Huaqi,Yin Shaping" in TCM.The etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis in TCM were deeply analyzed.Results The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with "Yang Huaqi,Yin Shaping" has a good clinical effect and a high effective rate.Conclusion The treatment of "Yang Huaqi,Yin Shaping" can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,alleviate joint swelling and improve their personal life ability,which is worthy of further promotion and research.更多还原
