【摘要】 目的探讨输血治疗在围生期产妇出血中的应用效果。方法将98例在我院就诊并进行输血治疗的围生期产妇基础资料收集整合并纳入研究对象,使用回顾式分析的方法分析产妇的出血量、输注的血液类型及计量,输血前后的血红蛋白及其他生命指标变化。结果产妇的出血量不同也决定着输入血液类型和剂量的差别,比如出血量500～1000和1001～2000的产妇在红细胞类差距较大(P<0.05),但血浆类较为相近(P>0.05)。结论对于围生期产妇的输血治疗,应根据产妇的出血量和输血类型、剂量针对性选择,安排最佳的使用方法/和时间救治围生期产妇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of blood transfusion in perinatal hemorrhage.Methods The basic data of 98 parturient women who were admitted to our hospital for blood transfusion were collected and integrated and included in the study.Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the maternal blood loss,blood transfusion type and measurement, and the changes of hemoglobin and other vital indicators before and after blood transfusion.Results maternal blood loss also determines the difference in blood type and dose.For example,maternal blood loss between 500～1,000 and 1001～2,000 has a large difference in erythrocytes(P<0.05),but plasma is close(P>0.05). Conclusion Perinatal mothers should be selected according to their blood loss,blood transfusion type and dosage,and the best use method and time should be arranged to treat perinatal mothers.更多还原
