【摘要】 目的探讨经子宫后壁下段剖宫产术在凶险性前置胎盘伴胎盘植入中的临床应用分析。方法选取2016年7月～2017年7月我院收治的凶险性前置胎盘伴胎盘植入的患者62例,随机分为两组,对照组实施传统的子宫体部剖宫产术进行治疗,研究组实施经子宫后壁下段剖宫产术进行治疗。结果研究组手术出血量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凶险性前置胎盘伴胎盘植入的治疗过程当中,采用经子宫后路剖宫产术的治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the uterine wall after cesarean section in placenta previa dangerous sex selection with the clinical application of analysis.Methods Of placenta implantation in July 2016-July 2016,our hospital the dangerous sex of placenta previa, 62 cases of patients with placenta implants,randomly divided into two groups,control group to implement the traditional cesarean section of uterine body treatment,the team to implement the uterine wall after cesarean section for treatment.Results The operative blood loss in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of dangerous placenta previa with placenta implantation,the treatment effect of posterior uterine cesarean section is ideal,which should be further popularized in clinic.更多还原
