【摘要】 目的比较分析多次法根管治疗术与一次性根管治疗术治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月～2018年12月在本院接受治疗的牙体牙髓病患者共46例分为甲组和乙组,甲组实施一次性根管治疗术,乙组实施多次法根管治疗术,比较两组术式的临床疗效。结果甲组的治疗总有效率为91.30%,显著高于乙组的65.22%,且甲组的并发症发生率为4.35%,显著低于乙组的21.73%,组间有明显差异,差异值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗术治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of multiple root canal therapy and disposable root canal therapy in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods 46 patients with dental pulp disease who were treated in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were divided into group a and group B,group a performed one-time root canal therapy,and group B performed multiple root canal therapy.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in Group A was 91.30 %,which was significantly higher than 65.22 % in Group B,and the incidence of complications in Group A was 4.35 %,which was significantly lower than 21.73 % in Group B.There were significant differences between groups.The difference value was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of disposable root canal therapy on dental pulp disease is better.更多还原
