【摘要】 目的探究分析医院医疗器械不良事件监测的问题与改进策略。方法将我院2017年1月～2017年12月发生的医疗器械不良事件58起作为对照组,通过分析,发生不良事件的器械主要为输液泵、多参数监护仪、血液透析装置、呼吸机等,原因在于培训不足、报警失效、软件故障等。自2018年1月起,加强人员培训、医疗器械管理维修,将2018年1月～2018年12月期间发生的医疗器械不良事件15起作为观察组,对比改进后的医疗效果。结果通过对医院器械管理人员实施培训,对医疗器械加强管理维修。观察组各项医疗不良事件发生例数显著低于对照组,人为因素和器械因素占比显著下降。结论在医院临床治疗中,需对医疗器械不良事件出现的问题进行分析,然后根据存在的问题加强人员培训和器械管理,有效控制医疗器械不良事件的发生率,在医院医疗器械管理中推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the problems and improvement strategies of adverse event monitoring in hospital medical devices.Methods 58 Adverse events of medical equipment occurred in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as control group,through analysis,the equipment of adverse events is mainly infusion pump,multi-parameter monitor,hemodialysis device,ventilator,etc.,because of insufficient training,alarm failure,software failure and so on.Since January 2018,the training of personnel,medical equipment management and maintenance,the January 2018-December 2018 occurred in the medical equipment adverse events 15 as an observation group,compared with the improved medical effect.Results Through the training of hospital equipment management personnel,the medical equipment to strengthen the management and maintenance.The number of medical adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of human factors and device factors decreased significantly.Conclusion In hospital clinical treatment,it is necessary to analyze the problems of adverse events of medical devices,and then strengthen personnel training and device management according to the existing problems,effectively control the incidence of adverse events of medical devices,and popularize the application in hospital medical device management.更多还原
