【摘要】 目的探究难治性精神分裂症患者实施奥氮平与牛黄宁宫片联合治疗的效果。方法选取2016年3月～2018年3月新乡医学院第二附属医院精神科收治的难治性精神分裂症患者52例作为研究对象,以其入院时间先后顺序为依据分为对照组与观察组,各26例。两组患者分别行奥氮平单药治疗及联合牛黄宁宫片治疗,通过统计学软件对两组患者不良反应、治疗前后病情、症状改善效果进行评定。结果治疗前两组患者PANSS与BPRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者PANSS、BPRS评分及不良反应与对照组患者相比显著更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性精神分裂症行奥氮平与牛黄宁宫片联合方案效果显著,可推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment with olanzapine and Niuhuangning tablets in patients with refractory schizophrenia. Methods 52 patients with refractory schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and observation based on their order of admission. Group, 26 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with olanzapine monotherapy and olanzapine combined with Niuhuangning tablets. The adverse reactions of the two groups, the condition of the patients before and after treatment, and the improvement of symptoms were evaluated by statistical software. Results There was no significant difference in PANSS and BPRS scores between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05). PANSS, BPRS scores and adverse reactions were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of olanzapine and Niuhuangning tablets in refractory schizophrenia is effective and can be promoted.更多还原
