【摘要】 目的探讨柴胡疏肝散加味联合西药治疗急性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床疗效。方法将62例急性结石性胆囊炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组采用阿莫西林胶囊、消旋山莨菪碱、熊去氧胆酸片治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上采用柴胡疏肝散加味治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗2个月后疼痛程度评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)、疼痛评估指数(PRI)的评分]和血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(87.10%比64.52%,P<0.05)。研究组治疗2个月后VAS、PRI、PPI评分和血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散加味联合西药治疗急性结石性胆囊炎疗效确切,可降低患者的疼痛程度,缓解炎性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Western medicine on acute calculous cholecystitis.Methods Sixty-two patients with acute calculous cholecystitis were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 31 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with amoxicillin capsules,racanisodamine and ursodeoxycholic acid tablets.Additionally,the study group was given Chaihu Shugan powder.The clinical curative effect and scores of visual analog scale(VAS),current pain intensity(PPI)and pain assessment index(PRI)and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were observed before and after 2 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(87.10% vs. 64.52%,P<0.05).After treatment for 2 months,the scores of VAS,PRI and PPI and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Western medicine can effectively reduce the degree of pain and alleviate inflammatory reaction in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis.更多还原
