【摘要】 目的探讨深圳市人副肠孤病毒(HpeV)感染的危险因素。方法回顾性调查分析2016年1月至2017年12月北京大学深圳医院收治的5岁以下腹泻儿童220例,根据HpeV感染情况分为2组:未感染组186例,感染组34例。收集2组患者一般临床资料及可能的危险因素,通过单因素分析和多因素分析识别深圳市HpeV感染的危险因素。结果单因素分析提示2组患儿神经系统感染、脓毒症、肠炎、轮状病毒感染、呼吸道疾病比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析提示,神经系统感染(95%CI-3.659 8～3.968 9,P<0.001)、脓毒症(95%CI-2.567 1～2.876 2,P<0.001)、肠炎(95%CI-2.981 2～3.290 3,P<0.001)、轮状病毒感染(95%CI-2.918 2～3.227 3,P<0.001)、呼吸道疾病(95%CI-2.735 6～3.044 7,P<0.001)为HpeV感染发生的独立危险因素。结论深圳地区引起HpeV感染的危险因素包括神经系统感染、脓毒症、肠炎、轮状病毒感染、呼吸道疾病等,因此,患儿一旦发生腹泻应立即送院诊治,以降低不良事件发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors influencing human parechovirus(HpeV) infection in Shenzhen.Methods Clinical data of 220 children under 5 years old treated in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital for diarrhea between January 2016 and December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.These children were divided into two groups:HpeV infection group(34 cases) and non-infection group(186 cases).The risk factors for HpeV infection were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analyses.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in nervous system infection,sepsis,enteritis,rotavirus infection and respiratory diseases between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis revealed that nervous system infection(95%CI-3.659 8-3.968 9,P<0.001),sepsis(95%CI-2.5671-2.8762,P<0.001),enteritis(95%CI-2.981 2-3.290 3,P<0.001),rotavirus infection(95% CI-2.918 2-3.227 3,P<0.001) and respiratory diseases(95%CI-2.735 6-3.044 7,P<0.001) were the independent risk factors for HpeV infection.Conclusion The factors causing HpeV infection in Shenzhen including nervous system infection,sepsis,enteritis,rotavirus infection and respiratory diseases.Therefore,children with diarrhea should be diagnosed and treated immediately to reduce the incidence of adverse events.更多还原
