【摘要】 目的探讨机械取栓治疗并发症的相关因素。方法根据有无并发症,将115例行SolitaireAB支架机械取栓治疗的脑血管急性闭塞患者分为并发症组及无并发症组。比较两组患者的临床资料。结果并发症组既往有TIA病史的比率显著低于无并发症组(P<0.05)。两组间治疗时间窗差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与无并发症组比较,并发症组血管取栓部位差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 TIA病史、治疗时间窗是机械取栓并发症的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors of the complications of mechanical thrombectomy complications. Methods According to the presence of complications, 115 patients with acute cerebral vascular occlusion who underwent mechanical thrombectomy with SolitaireAB stent were divided into complication group and non-complication group. Clinical data of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of history of TIA in complication group was significantly higher than in non-complication group(P<0.05). There was statistical difference in treatment time window between the two groups(P<0.05). Compared with those in non-complication group, the locations of blood vessel of mechanical thrombectomy have no statistical significance(all P>0.05).Conclusion TIA and treatment time window are related factors of mechanical thrombectomy complications.更多还原
