【摘要】 目的:探讨头孢曲松钠治疗大连地区无症状神经梅毒的临床疗效。方法:将将经血清学及脑脊液检查确诊的54例无症状神经梅毒随机分成2组,均住院接受治疗,其中头孢曲松钠组19例,予头孢曲松钠1 g,每12 h 1次静脉滴注,连续14 d;青霉素组35例,应用水剂青霉素治疗,320万U/次静脉滴注,每4 h 1次,连续14 d,出院后给予苄星青霉素钠240万U/周,共3周。结果:治疗后6个月,头孢曲松钠组和青霉素组脑脊液VDRL滴度分别有15例(78.9%)、30例(85.7%)出现下降,分别有8例(42.1%)、11例(31.4%)转阴;治疗后12个月2组脑脊液VDRL滴度分别有15例(78.9%)、24例(68.6%)转阴;治疗后18个月2组脑脊液VDRL滴度分别有17例(89.5%)、33例(94.3%)转阴,各有2例仍未转阴,但血清学RPR滴度持续下降,目前仍在随访。2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头孢曲松钠可以替代水剂青霉素,作为治疗无症状神经梅毒的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of ceftriaxone sodium for asymptomatic neurosyphilis. Methods: A total of 54 patients with asymptomatic neurosyphilis,confirmed by serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CFS) examination, were divided into the ceftriaxone sodium group(19 cases) treated with ceftriaxone sodium intravenous infusion of 2 g/d for 14 days,and penicillin group(35 cases) treated with penicillin at dose of 3.2 million unit every 4 hours for 14 days, followed by 2.4 million penicillin G sodium once weekly for 3 weeks after discharge. Results: Six months after treatments, reductions in CSF VDRL titers were observed in ceftriaxone sodium(15 cases, 78.9%) and penicillin group(30 cases, 85.7%), CSF negative was 42.1%(8 cases) in ceftriaxone sodium group and 31.4%(11 cases) in penicillin group; Twelve months after treatment, 78.9%(15 cases) in ceftriaxone sodium group and 68.6%(24 cases) in penicillin group showed CSF negative;Eighteen months after treatment, CSF negative were observed in 17 cases(89.5%) in ceftriaxone sodium group and 33 cases(94.3%) in penicillin group. But two cases in each group remained CSF positive, with continuous decline in serum RPR titers. These two patients were under follow-up. The efficacies were no significant differences in between these two treatments(P>0.05). Conclusion: Ceftriaxone sodium can replace penicillin for early asymptomatic neurosyphilis.更多还原
