【摘要】 患者男,59岁,四肢紫红色丘疹、结节7个月,眼部疼痛2个月。皮损组织病理检查示表皮大致正常,真皮浅、中层大量混合炎性细胞浸润,小血管增生,血管壁周围可见中性粒细胞浸润,可见核碎裂现象。双眼裂隙灯下表现为边缘性角膜溃疡。诊断:持久性隆起性红斑并发边缘性角膜溃疡。治疗:氨苯砜治疗有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 59-year-old man presented with a 7-month history of purple papules and nodules on the limbs, and a 2-month history of eye pain. Histopathological examination showed normal epidermis and mixed infiltration of inflammatory cells in the superficial and middle dermis, nuclear dusts along with perivascular infiltration of neutrophils and proliferation of small vessels in the dermis. The marginal corneal ulcer was manifested under the slit lamp. Diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum with marginal corneal ulcer was made. The treatment with dapsone was effective.更多还原
