【摘要】 目的:本研究旨在观察共刺激分子CD276(B7-H3)在神经性皮炎组织中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测正常人皮肤组织和神经性皮炎患者皮损组织中CD276分子的表达水平,并分析CD276分子表达水平与神经性皮炎病程、炎症浸润及复发间的关系。结果:与正常皮肤组织相比,CD276在神经性皮炎组织中的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05),且CD276的表达水平与局部炎性细胞浸润程度呈正比,但与神经性皮炎的病程及复发率无相关性。结论:CD276可能在神经性皮炎发病过程中起着重要作用,并为临床免疫治疗提供了潜在的靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of costimulatory molecule, CD276, in the involved skin of neurodermatitis and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression levels of CD276 in the involved skin of the patients with neurodermatitis and normal controls were determined by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between the CD276 expression levels and the course of the disease, inflammatory infiltration and recurrence were also analyzed. Results: Compared to the normal skin, the expression levels of CD276 in the involved skin of neurodermatitis significantly increased(P<0.05). And the expression levels of CD276 correlated positively with the extent of local infiltration of inflammatory cells, but with neither the disease course nor recurrence. Conclusions: CD276 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of neurodermatitis, and could serve as a potential target for clinical immunotherapy.更多还原
