二极管激光治疗牙本质过敏症的Meta分析

【摘要】 目的:评价二极管激光治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效及安全性。方法:电子检索中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI、Medline、CENTRAL,EMBASE和Pubmed数据库,收集有关二极管激光治疗牙本质过敏症的临床随机对照试验。文献筛选并提取数据后采用Rev Man5. 3. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献9篇,涉及患牙1084颗。Meta分析显示,牙本质过敏症患者接受二极管激光治疗后即刻(Z=2. 57,P=0. 01)、1个月(Z=3. 41,P=0. 0006)、和6个月(Z=2. 07,P=0. 04),其牙本质过敏症状视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)均较对照组明显降低,而在治疗后即刻(OR=3. 24,P<0. 00001)、1个月(OR=2. 94,P=0. 001)、3个月(OR=4. 63,P<0. 00001)和6个月(OR=5. 17,P<0. 00001)临床有效率也均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:二极管激光能够显著缓解牙本质敏感症患者的临床症状,具有十分积极的治疗作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the effect and safety of diode laser treatment for dentine hypersensitivity.Methods:The electronic search was conducted in CBM,CNKI,Medline,CENTRAL,EMBASE and Pubmed database. Clinical randomized controlled trials were selected which involved the targeted issue.Investigators screened out the included trials whose data were then collected and Revman 5. 3.3 software was applied for Meta-analysis.Results: Nine trials met the inclusion criteria and 1084 teeth were enrolled in the trials.Meta analysis showed a significantly decreased visual analogue score( VAS) immediately( Z = 2. 57,P = 0. 01),1 month( Z = 3. 41,P = 0. 0006) and 6 months( Z = 2. 07,P = 0. 04) after treatment,with higher clinical efficiency immediately( OR = 3. 24,P < 0. 00001),1 month( OR = 2. 94,P = 0. 001),3 months( OR = 4. 63,P <0. 00001) and 6 months( OR = 5. 17,P<0. 00001) after treatment. Conclusion: The evidence indicated that diode laser treatment played a positive role in remitting the clinical signs of dentine hypersensitivity.
