【摘要】 目的:探讨帕利哌酮缓释片与奥氮平对于精神分裂症患者肝功能的影响。方法:将106例住院治疗的精神分裂症患者随机分为帕利哌酮组和奥氮平组,分别单药治疗8周;治疗前后给予阳性与阴性量表(PANSS)评分,治疗前及治疗2、4、8周后给予肝功能[丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(T-BIL)、直接胆红素(D-BIL)]检测。结果:帕利哌酮组和奥氮平组分别有48例及45例患者完成观察。治疗8周后两组PANSS评分较治疗前明显下降(P均<0.01),且两组间差异无统计学意义;治疗8周后肝功能异常率帕利哌酮组(21.6%)与奥氮平组(33.3%)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后各时间段两组肝功能各项指标的均值均在正常范围内。结论:帕利哌酮缓释片和奥氮平片对精神分裂症的疗效相当,且对肝功能影响均较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the effects of paliperidone extended-release tablets and olanzapineon on liver function in patients with schizophrenia. Method:One hundred and six inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into Pallipiperidone group and Olanopine group,and were treated with single drug for 8 weeks respectively.Before and after treatment,the patients were assessed by positive and negative scales(PANSS),and liver function [including alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartic acid transaminase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total bilirubin(T-BIL),direct bilirubin(D-BIL)] was detected before and after 2,4,and 8 weeks of treatment. Results:In the pallipiperidone group and olanzapine group,48 cases and 45 cases completed the treatment,respectively.After 8 weeks of treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(all P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups; abnormal liver function rate between parlipiperidone group(21.6 %) and olanzapine group(33.3 %) had no significant difference.During each period after treatment,average of each indexes of liver function in the two groups was within normal range. Conclusion: Pallipiperidone sustained release tablets and olanzapine have the same effect on schizophrenia and have less effect on liver function.更多还原
