【摘要】 目的:观察帕利哌酮缓释片与奥氮平对精神分裂症患者代谢及内分泌的影响。方法:将106例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,研究组接受帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,对照组接受奥氮平治疗,每组患者53例。观察临床疗效和不良反应,重点监测治疗前和治疗2周、4周、8周清晨空腹的血糖(FBS)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及血清催乳素(PRL)水平。结果:经过8周的治疗,三酰甘油及催乳素水平在两组患者中均有明显增高,而奥氮平组患者血清三酰甘油的升高更为迅速,帕利哌酮组血清催乳素浓度升高更加明显。结论:在使用非典型抗精神病药时,定期监测精神分裂症患者的代谢及内分泌指标是十分必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of extended-release paliperidone(paliperidone ER) and olanzapine on metabolism and endocrinium in patients with schizophrenia. Method:106 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into paliperidone ER group and olanzapine group for a period of 8-week clinical trial,with 53 patients in each group.Fasting blood glucose level,serum cholesterol level,serum triglyceride level and serum prolactin level were tested at baseline and the 2 nd,4 th,8 th weekend after treatment. Results:Both serum triglyceride level and serum prolactin level were higher than pre-treatment in two groups.The serum triglyceride level in olanzapine group rise more rapidly than those in paliperidone ER group after completion of treatment.The serum prolactin level in paliperidone ER group was higher than those in olanzapine group. Conclusion: This study reinforces the necessity of regularly monitoring metabolic and endocrine measures in schizophrenic patients taking atypical antipsychotics including paliperidone ER and olanzapine.更多还原
