【摘要】 目的探讨单边外固定支架治疗儿童胫骨干骨折的疗效。方法采用单边外固定支架治疗45例胫骨干骨折患儿。记录住院时间、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间、外固定支架拆除时间以及术后并发症。结果 45例患儿均获得24个月随访。住院时间3～12(5. 6±1. 7) d。完全负重时间14～30(21. 7±3. 8) d。骨折愈合时间12～18(15. 6±1. 3)周。外固定支架拆除时间16～20(17. 6±1. 9)周。钉道感染2例;畸形愈合8例,其中外翻7例(2°～5°),内翻1例(4°)。无骨髓炎及骨不连发生。结论采用单边外固定支架治疗儿童胫骨干骨折,可获得满意的临床疗效,并发症较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of monolateral external fixator in the treatment of pediatric tibial shaft fractures. Methods The 45 pediatric patients of tibial shaft fractures were treated by monolateral external fixator. These data were recorded,including length of hospital stay,full weight-bearing time,healing time,the time of removal external fixator and complications. Results All patients were followed up for 24 months. The length of hospital stay was 3 ～ 12( 5. 6 ± 1. 7) d,and full weight-bearing time was 14 ～ 30( 21. 7 ± 3. 8) d. All fractures were primary healing with time of 12 ～ 18( 15. 6 ± 1. 3) weeks. The time of removal external fixator was 16 ～ 20( 17. 6 ±1. 9) weeks. There were 2 patients of pin tract infection,8 patients were with malunion,including 7 cases of valgus( 2° ～ 5°),1 case of varus( 4°). No osteomyelitis and nonunion occurred. Conclusions The use of monolateral external fixator for treatment of pediatric tibial shaft fractures,can achieve satisfactory clinical outcomes with lower of complications.更多还原
