【摘要】 目的探讨经肱三头肌两侧入路双接骨板固定治疗肱骨下段粉碎骨折的临床疗效。方法对26例肱骨下段粉碎骨折患者采用经肱三头肌两侧入路双接骨板固定。结果 26例均获得随访,时间8～18个月。骨折全部愈合。肘关节屈伸功能良好,无桡神经及尺神经医源性损伤发生。术后8个月根据Cassebaum方法评定肘关节疗效,26例均为优。结论经肱三头肌两侧入路双接骨板固定治疗肱骨下段粉碎骨折具有显露清晰、损伤小、固定牢固可靠、可早期进行功能锻炼等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of double bone-plates fixation with the bilateral triceps approaches. Methods Twenty-six patients with comminuted fractures of the lower humerus were treated by double bone-plates fixation with the bilateral triceps approaches. Results Twenty-six patients were followed up for 8 ～ 18 months. All the fractures healed. The flexion and extension function of the elbow joint was good. There weren’t the medical records of the iatrogenic injuries of the sacral nerve and ulnar nerve. The curative effect of the elbow joint was evaluated with the Cassebaum method at 8 months after surgery,and 26 cases were all excellent. Conclusions The double bone-plates for treatment of comminuted fracture of the lower humerus with the bilateral triceps approaches,have the advantages of clear revealing,less trauma,firm and reliable fixation,and early functional exercise.更多还原
