【摘要】 目的比较膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者全膝置换术(TKA)术后放置与不放置引流的效果。方法将初次行TKA的100例KOA患者随机分为未置引流组和置引流组,各50例。比较两组HGB、HCT、失血量、疼痛VAS评分、关节活动度、膝关节KSS评分、异体输血及并发症等情况。结果两组术后第1、2天HGB及HCT与术前比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。术后第2天失血量置引流组较未置引流组多(P <0. 05)。术后7、14 d疼痛VAS评分两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。术后1、2、6周膝关节活动度及术后6周膝关节KSS功能评分两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。置引流组异体输血2例,未置引流组无输血病例。未置引流组出现张力性水疱1例。结论对于简单初次行TKA患者不必常规放置引流管,可促进术后快速康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of placement and non-placement of drainage tube after total knee arthroplasty( TKA) in patients with knee osteoarthritis( KOA). Methods The 100 patients of primary TKA were randomly divided into the drainage group and the non-drainage group after surgery,50 cases of each group. HGB and HCT,blood loss,pain VAS,joint mobility,KSS score,allogeneic blood transfusion and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in HGB and HCT of at 1,2 d after operation between the two groups,compared with the preoperation( P > 0. 05). On the second day after operation,the volume of blood loss in the drainage group was more than that in the non-drainage group( P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in VAS at 7,14 d after operation between the two groups( P > 0. 05). There were no significant differences in the knee joint mobility( postoperative 1,2,6 weeks) and the KSS score( postoperative 6 weeks) between two groups( P > 0. 05). There were 2 cases of allogeneic blood transfusion in drainage group,no blood transfusion was found in the non-drainage group. One case of tension blisters occurred in the non-drainage group. Conclusions For patients undergoing simple primary TKA,rapid recovery can be promoted without routine placement of drainage tube.更多还原
