【摘要】 目的探讨应用液晶数显角度仪在直接前方入路行人工全髋关节置换术(THA)中测量髋臼假体植入前倾角的准确性以及应用价值。方法在32例采用直接前方入路行THA的患者中,应用液晶数显角度仪测量髋臼假体植入前倾角。术后摄骨盆正位片测量髋臼假体的前倾角,先观察术后假体的前倾角是否位于Lewinnek提倡的安全区内(15°±10°),再与术中所测角度进行比较,评估术中应用液晶数显角度仪的准确性。结果术后骨盆正位片测量32例髋臼假体前倾角均在Lewinnek提倡的安全区范围。术中使用液晶数显角度仪测量髋臼假体前倾角为14. 58°±2. 50°;术后骨盆正位片测量髋臼假体前倾角为16. 48°±3. 45°;两种方法测量值比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-1. 25,P=0. 71)。结论采用直接前方入路行THA中应用液晶数显角度仪确定髋臼假体植入前倾角方便、快捷、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the accuracy and value of using liquid crystal digital angle meter to measure the anteversion angle of acetabular prosthesis in total hip arthroplasty( THA) with direct anterior approach. Methods The anteversion angles of acetabular prosthesis were measured by liquid crystal digital angle meter in 32 patients undergoing THA with direct anterior approach. The anteversion angles were measured on the X-ray film after operation.Observed whether the anteversion of the postoperative prosthesis was within the safe zone( 15° ± 10°) advocated by Lewinnek,and compared with the measured angle during operation. The accuracy of intraoperative application of liquid crystal digital angle meter was assessed. Results X-ray films measurement of 32 cases of acetabular prosthesis anteversion angles were in Lewinnek’ s safe range after operation. The acetabular prosthesis anteversion angle was14. 58° ± 2. 50° by liquid crystal digital angle meter during operation. The acetabular prosthesis anteversion angle was16. 48° ± 3. 45° by X-ray film after operation. There was no significant difference between two measurement methods( Z =-1. 25,P = 0. 71). Conclusions It is convenient,quick and accurate to determine the anteversion angle of the acetabular prosthesis by using liquid crystal digital angle meter in THA with direct anterior approach.更多还原
