【Abstract】 Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of death in patients with uremia. Although hemodialysistreatment can delay the process of uremia,the incidence of cardiovascular complications in hemodialysis patients is still high.Left atrial structure and function damage in uremia patients is closely related to prognosis. Echocardiography is of greatsignificance to the evaluation of left atrial structure and function damage in uremia patients. This paper reviews the researchprogress of different echocardiography techniques in the evaluation of left atrial structure and function damage before and afterhemodialysis in uremia patients.更多还原
