圆形堆取料机提高取料能力的结构性改造

【摘要】 为适应企业生产要求,对影响圆形堆取料机取料量的主要因素进行分析,并对其进行结构改造与设计:增大堆料机悬臂上扬角度以增加堆料量;采用新型双层桁架结构的料耙,尤其是对料耙、塔架、油缸位置的正确调整,使料耙横扫料堆面积增大,提高料耙下料效率;通过增加刮板取料运行速度、增大刮板截面积、提高主车行走速度等方法提高取料量.实践证明,经改造后的圆形堆取料机大大提高了取料能力,提高了企业生产效率.

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the production requirements of the enterprises,the author analyzed the main factors that influenced the reclaimer′s capacity to take materials,reformed and designed its structure.The author increased the upward angle of the cantilever to raise the amount,and adapted the new double-deck truss structure of the material rake,especially adjusting the position of the material rake,tower and oil cylinder to increase the area of the material rake′s intersecting surface and improve its blanking efficiency.The author increased the working speed,the cross-sectional area of the scraper and the traveling speed of the stacker-reclaimer to improve its taking capacity.It has been proved by practice that the reconstruction of the stacker-reclaimer has improved the reclaiming capacity and the enterprise production efficiency.
