【摘要】 根据《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》,对过氧化氢-柠檬酸体系水杨基荧光酮光度法测定锡矿中锡元素的不确定度进行了评定。详细分析了由测试过程中样品重复性测定引入的不确定度以及由试液定容体积及移液管、仪器读数等引入的不确定度分量,评估了锡含量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,给出了测试结果的报告形式,供相关研究参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The uncertainty of tin element in tin ore was evaluated by the spectrophotometric method of salicylfluorone in hydro gen peroxide-citric acid system by usin g "Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation guide".The uncertainty components introduced by the equipment,standard solution,standard curve fittin g,volume of test solution and volume of pipettes used in the testing process were analyzed in detail,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty of the tin content were evaluated.The report form of the test result was given,which provided a scientific and effective method for the measurement uncertainty evaluation.更多还原
