高纯钽板的轧制与退火织构

【摘要】 选用经过电子束熔炼后的高纯钽锭进行开坯轧制,研究该钽板织构随压下量与退火温度的变化,研究结果表明:在850℃退火的板材,延续轧制板材的织构特征,存在由{100}<110>组分和γ织构及其强弱变化所构成的织构梯度。在1 000℃退火的板材,织构组分({100}<110>组分和γ织构)没有明显变化,仅仅强度提高。在1 150℃退火的板材,表面{100}<110>织构衍生出新的{112}<110>组分。在1 300℃退火的板材,γ纤维织构出现{111}<112>取向的择优生长。

【Abstract】 A high-purity tantalum ingot after electron beam melting was used for breakdown rolling for studying the texture of the tantalum plate as a function of reduction and annealing temperature. The results show that the sheet material annealed at 850 ℃ will still have the texture characteristics of the rolled sheet, with a texture gradient composed of {100} <110> components and γ texture and their strength variations. The sheet annealed at 1 000 ℃ hasn′t any obvious change in the texture components({100} <110> components and γ texture), just has improved its strength. For the sheet annealed at 1 150 ℃, a new {112} <110> component has been derived on the surface {100} <110> texture. And after the sheet is annealed at 1 300 ℃, the γ-fiber texture shows {111}<112>-oriented preferential growth.
