我国社会性科学议题的科学传播模型初探——以“PX项目”事件为例

【摘要】 科学技术的发展及其广泛运用使得社会性科学议题(SSI)传播的社会意义日益增强。为了探讨我国社会性科学议题的传播模型,选取大连、茂名、九江三地的PX事件为研究案例,以中心广播模型、缺失模型和公众参与模型为理论依据,以传播理念、传播目的、传播内容、传播者与公众的关系、公众的意识和参与等11项要素为观察项,对事件过程中的科学传播进行观察和解析。结果显示:缺失模型已经在我国启用,且适用范围可能较广;公众参与模型尚未真正开启;与此同时中心广播模型的要素特征仍然大量存留,但该模型成立的条件和环境可能已不易复制。

【Abstract】 In order to discuss science communication model of socio-scientific issues, the "PX Project" incidents in Dalian, Maoming and Jiujiang were selected as the cases. Science communication in the whole "PX project" incidents were observed and eleven essential factors were analyzed,including communication concept, communication purpose, communication content, communicatorpublic relationship, public awareness and participation, on the theoretical basis of "central broadcasting model", "deficit model" and "public participation model". This study revealed that the "deficit model" started to operate already and the "public participation model" had not appeared completely,meanwhile many key features of the "central broadcasting model" were still remained.
