【摘要】 目的:了解认知、情绪和行为护理干预对肾内科血液透析患者的影响。方法:选择我院2015-01～2018-12收治的80例肾内科血液透析患者作为此次课题研究的观察对象,并随机分2组,常规护理组(n=40)予以常规护理,认知、情绪和行为护理干预组(n=40)予以认知、情绪和行为护理干预,观察两组的护理实施情况,并评估效果。结果:与常规护理组相比,认知、情绪和行为护理干预组患者的疾病认知、治疗依从性和自我调节情绪能力明显提高,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时,两组接受心理指标评估,心理指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,认知、情绪和行为护理干预组的心理指标较常规护理组均显著降低,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将认知、情绪和行为护理干预理念引入肾内科血液透析患者的护理中,可提高患者的遵医行为,改善其心理指标,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the effects of cognitive, emotional and behavioral nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients in the department of nephrology.Methods: Eighty cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to bengbu first people’s hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and cognitive, emotional and behavioral nursing intervention group with 40 cases each. The nursing implementation of the two groups was observed and the nursing effect was evaluated.Results: Compared with the conventional nursing group, patients in the cognitive, emotional and behavioral nursing intervention group were significantly improved in terms of disease cognition, treatment compliance and self-regulation ability of emotion, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On admission, the two groups received psychological evaluation, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At discharge, the psychological indicators of cognitive, emotional and behavioral nursing intervention group were significantly reduced, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Introducing the concept of cognitive, emotional and behavioral nursing intervention into the nursing of hemodialysis patients in the department of nephrology can improve the compliance behavior of patients and improve their psychological indicators, which is worthy of recommendation.更多还原
